Part 2

  I cut a piece of lite plywood for the pilot mounting and glued it to the canopy. A piece of Balsa was then fitted to the inside of the Lite Pilot glued in place when proper fit was achieved, and then drilled out to accept the 4-40 blind nuts.

  Glue the blind nuts to the balsa mount on the pilot with some epoxy.  Using 3M Super 77 spray adhesive, attach the front passengers dash in place.  You only need to spray the photo laminate itself. Secure the cockpit floor to the canopy frame using packing tape that has the fiber in it. Also, tape in your pilots dash with packing tape or you could hot glue it if you wish.

  Attach the pilot through the plywood mount with a couple of 4-40 bolts and washers.  Secure the pilot's seat back using the fiber packing tape.  Well, we're all done with this one.  Man, that was a piece of cake and  it looks GREAT!
